My experience at Hatfields Land Rover Liverpool was memorable because Sarah went above and beyond to get me videos of similar cars whilst we waited for the one I was interested in to arrive at the showroom. I was a distant sale (Edinburgh) so that is the only reason the service deal was not discussed (because it would not me appropriate) and whilst I can not really provide feedback re the showroom, although from videos sent it looked good. Sarah was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always on hand to answer queries. The car was delivered to me in Edinburgh and this all went smoothly (it actually arrived a day early). The car more than met my expectations and I really appreciated that Sarah rushed to take a video of the car as soon as it arrived at the site before I put the deposit down on it. Overall, an excellent efficient professional approachable service from start to finish. I would definitely purchase again from Hatfields Land Rover Liverpool.
